At Home, in Nature

Our series of homes is designed to prioritize you – featuring natural finishes, large operable windows + doors, as well as atriums + entry gardens that create a seamless connection to the outdoors while allowing a ridiculous amount of light and air to enter your space.

Produced with a small carbon footprint and in collaboration with nature, our homes operate 100% electric, powered largely by solar, using rainwater harvesting for native, drought-tolerant landscaping. As with all SuperLA® products, we prioritize renewable, recycled, + recyclable materials and thoughtful construction methods that result in far less waste.

From design to delivery.
A process built for you.

As the architect, designer, and builder, SuperLA® serves as your single point of contact, managing every aspect of your rebuild from start to finish. Our streamlined process simplifies design and permitting with thoughtfully pre-designed homes, while our panelized building system ensures a faster construction timeline.

While our homes are pre-designed as set products, we offer flexibility to mirror or rotate them for optimal placement on your property. Although finishes remain consistent across the product line, you can choose from set color palettes and select upgrades for landscaping or home exterior enhancements to further personalize your home.

You pick which SuperLA® Home product you would like on your property, we take care of the rest.

In response to the challenges our city is facing and inquiries from our community, we’ve expedited the release of our new series of single-family homes, powered by our SuperOS™ platform.

Our single-family home series is currently reserved for those impacted by the Los Angeles fires looking to rebuild. We aim to support the recovery through a streamlined process, creating a home that prioritizes the health of its occupants and the environment, all while maintaining the city's natural character.

If you were affected by the fires, please visit the link below to register your interest. Our team will reach out to discuss your goals and provide more information about our rebuild program.
